Due to the perishable nature of our products, CandyStore.com accepts returns on unopened, non-meltable items within 14 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your sweet treats arrive in perfect condition and offer replacements for any items damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Check your items to ensure they are unopened, within the 14-day window, and do not fall under the non-returnable 'meltable' category.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our Sweet Support team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package Your Treats
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned candy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested replacement items.
